DecaGram — Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information DecaGram (“we,” “us”), operated by Deca Annuli Jewelry, collects and how we use it. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account: your email address, used to sign you in and identify your account.
• Your holdings: details of gold pieces that you record, or that Deca Annuli Jewelry records for you — name/description, weight, purchase date, price paid, and any notes.
• Rewards: the rings, gold dividends, and any banked gold tied to your account.
• Notifications: if you enable alerts, a push-notification token for your device, so we can send price alerts and account updates.

We do not collect payment-card details (no payments happen in the app), and we do not track your location. Live gold prices shown in the app come from public market data (gold-api.com) and are not personal to you.

How we use your information

• To show your gold holdings and their live, current value.
• To send account emails (sign-in links and email verification).
• To let Deca Annuli Jewelry record and verify the pieces you’ve purchased.

Who handles your data

We use trusted service providers that process data only to run DecaGram:

• Supabase — secure database and sign-in/authentication.
• Resend — delivery of account emails.
• Netlify — app hosting.
• Apple / Google push services — to deliver the notifications you enable.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Your holdings are visible only to you and to Deca Annuli Jewelry (so we can verify and service your purchases).

Security

Your password is managed securely by our authentication provider — we never see or store it directly. Access controls ensure each customer can see only their own holdings, and all traffic is encrypted over HTTPS.

Your choices

In the app you can view and edit your pieces, rename them, and request deletion of any piece (which Deca Annuli Jewelry then approves). To access, correct, or delete your account and associated data, email us and we’ll take care of it.

Data retention

We keep your information while your account is active. When your account is deleted, its associated holdings data is removed.

Children

DecaGram is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
